All parcels are sent Authority to Leave unless you request otherwise.
Standard shipping is $12.95 (street address) or $14.95 (PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers).

Yes! Orders $120+ ship free to street addresses.
Prefer AusPost? Choose “Discounted AusPost Shipping” at checkout.
Absolutely! Express Shipping is $19.95.
Shipping is calculated at checkout (note, we absorb part of the cost to keep it affordable).

If charged, these duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Monarch.
We usually dispatch within 2 business days.

Once sent, you’ll receive tracking with an estimated delivery date.

Shipping to a PO Box/Parcel Locker costs $14.95 (Australia Post only).

If it’s been less than 48 hours, your parcel likely hasn’t been scanned yet (as sometimes the couriers don't scan upon pickup).
Check again after 248 hours.
We’re not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
If something goes wrong, contact the courier first and lodge a claim.

Returns & Warranty
If you’re unhappy with fit or believe there’s a fault, please email hello@monarchstore.com.au so we can help with an exchange or refund.
Yes, as long as the item was purchased at full-price and is in its original condition.
You’ll just need to pay return and re-shipping costs.
We accept returns on full-priced items in original condition.
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return postage is paid by the customer.
A 10% processing fee applies to refunds on change-of-mind returns or cancellations (to cover payment fees charged to us).
Want store credit instead? No 10% fee is deducted.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders that received free shipping (orders $120+), a $12.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

If there’s a fault, email us at hello@monarchstore.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund according to consumer laws.
Yes, if the item was purchased at full-price and is unused, in its original saleable condition.
A 10% restocking fee applies and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an item is faulty or unable to used as described, we will gladly issue a replacement.
All goods are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
