How to Use

1. Place the pad onto your underwear (label facing away from your body) and snap the wings together.
2. Need to change while out? Fold with the clean side outward and snap shut.
3. You can use one of our Pocket Wet Bags to store them discreetly when out and about.
4. At home, rinse and machine wash when ready. Easy, hygienic, and zero waste.

• XS (Liner) = 17x20cm (1 absorbent layer + 1-layer water-resistant PUL)
  
• S (Moderate) = 18.5x23cm (2 absorbent layers + 1-layer water-resistant PUL)
  
• M (Heavy) = 21x28cm (3 absorbent layers + 1-layer water-resistant PUL)
  
• L (Super) = 23x33.5cm (4 absorbent layers + 1-layers water-resistant PUL)

Wash before use - There may be some minor shrinkage (1-2cm) due to the nature of cotton fibres.  This is normal and not a cause for concern

• After use, we recommend rinsing it with water until it runs clear, and then pop them in the washing machine.
• For best clean if you have a heavier flow, you can pre-wash and main wash (like you would with nappies)
• Do not wash above 60 degrees (as this may affect the PUL inside the pads)
• Dry on LOW heat or line dry outside if possible.
